Plan a task by the soonest free slot
Add a task and All Do suggests who is free first, sets the start date, and shows the end.
Scheduling a task used to mean checking each person's lane by eye. Now the new-task dialog does the checking for you.
When you add a task, All Do suggests the teammate who is free soonest and a start date, then shows the end date as you change the length. Click the suggestion to apply it, or ignore it and place the task yourself.
You can also set a start date right in the dialog, and cycle a task between to-do, doing, and done with one click on its status dot. Small steps, fewer drags.
