How to use:
• Drag a task from a swimlane to backlog to park it · drag from backlog back to a swimlane to schedule it
• Drag horizontally within a swimlane to reschedule · drag between swimlanes to reassign
• Drag right edge of a bar to resize (days)
• Double-click task to edit name, link, notes, color, subtasks
• Click weekend cells (grey) to make them working days, or click workdays to mark as off (Hold Alt for whole team)
• Auto-pack: greedy fills calendar by priority (backlog order = priority)
