Real faces on the timeline. When a teammate signs in with Google, their photo loads automatically.
Teammate avatars used to show a gray silhouette. Now, when a teammate has a Google account, their profile photo loads automatically across the board. Everyone else gets clean colored initials instead of a placeholder, so a mixed team never looks half-empty.
The photo comes from each teammate's own Google account, the same one they sign in with. Nobody has to upload anything, and we never send your team's email addresses anywhere to make it work.
It is a small thing. But a board full of real faces reads as a real team, not a list of rows.
