Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of All Do. They're written to be short and human. By using the service you agree to them — please read them.
Last updated: June 4, 2026 · Effective date: June 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using All Do (the "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who we are
All Do is operated by Aetix LLC ("Aetix", "we", "our", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Oregon, United States. You can reach the team at hello@aetixlab.com or via aetixlab.com.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use All Do. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. The service
All Do is provided as a free service. That means:
- Features can change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice as the product evolves.
- Downtime, bugs, and data loss are possible. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any commitment to a specific level of uptime, performance, or feature stability.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where reasonably possible, we'll give advance notice for changes that materially affect existing users.
5. Your account
You sign in to All Do with Google. By signing in you authorise us to receive your Google account's basic profile (see the Privacy Policy for details). You are responsible for:
- Keeping your Google account secure (we don't manage passwords directly).
- The accuracy of the information in your profile.
- Activity that takes place under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, email hello@aetixlab.com.
6. Acceptable use
When using All Do you agree not to:
- Break, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code, secrets, or unreleased features from the service beyond what's permitted by law.
- Upload, store, or share content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, is defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Send spam, phishing, or unwanted bulk communications through the service.
- Overload, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the infrastructure that runs All Do.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data belonging to other users or to Aetix beyond what's needed to use the service normally.
- Circumvent access controls, including Row-Level Security and vault membership rules.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in All Do — your boards, tasks, people/profiles, PTO entries, notes, and links. You are responsible for that content and for having the right to upload it.
By using the service, you grant Aetix a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process your content solely as necessary to operate the service, provide it to you and your collaborators, back it up, and improve reliability. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to backup retention windows described in the Privacy Policy).
8. Our intellectual property
The All Do software, brand, name, logo, designs, and documentation belong to Aetix LLC and are protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
All Do depends on third-party providers to run, including Google (sign-in), Supabase (authentication, database, realtime sync — hosted in Oregon, US), and Vercel (hosting). Use of those providers is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, defects, or actions of third-party services, but we'll do our best to keep the integration working.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aetix disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Because All Do is provided free and "as is", we make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, security beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy, or that the service will meet your requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Aetix LLC, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if Aetix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
For any direct damages, Aetix's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid Aetix in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Because the service is currently free, the amount under (a) is typically zero.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You can stop using All Do at any time. To delete your account and associated data, follow the steps in the Privacy Policy (currently: email hello@aetixlab.com).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if (a) you violate these terms, (b) you use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us, our users, or third parties, or (c) we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the service and these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email if you've subscribed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, stop using the service.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Aetix agree that the state and federal courts located in Oregon, USA, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence where applicable.
