Public holidays, overbooking warnings, and a compact view

Give each person a country and their holidays move deadlines, just like PTO. Plus an instant heads-up when a drag overbooks someone.

Distributed teams do not share a calendar. A deadline that looks fine from Berlin quietly lands on Thanksgiving in New York. All Do now accounts for that: open a person's profile, pick their country, and their public holidays become non-working days for them alone. End dates shift around the holiday automatically, the same way they already do for PTO, and the holiday shows up on their lane with its name on hover.

Forty countries are supported, including Ukraine, every EU country, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US, Japan, and Brazil. It is opt-in per person, so nothing changes until you say where someone works from.

Know the moment a plan overbooks someone

Until now you could only spot overload after the fact, in the red capacity strip. Now the warning comes at the moment it happens: if dropping, resizing, or reassigning a task pushes someone past 100% for the visible period, All Do tells you who and by how much, right under your cursor. It never blocks the move. You stay in charge; it just makes sure the overbooking is a decision, not an accident.

A tighter timeline, and every shortcut in one place

Two smaller things shipped alongside. "Compact rows" in the view menu tightens the whole timeline for bigger teams, and it is personal: your view, your choice. And pressing ? now opens a searchable panel with every keyboard shortcut and drag gesture, so the fast way of working is no longer a secret.
